Q:  Where will my furbaby massage session take place?

A:  Either at home or at Tom and Hound.  If you decide to do an in home service, a quiet and small area with no distraction would be preferred. At Tom and Hound, I will be massaging your furbaby in the back where it is quiet, secured, with no distractions.

Q: Will my furbaby lay down the entire massage?

A:  I do not force your furbaby to receive a massage.  Trust building with your fubaby takes time and patience.  I am only allowed to massage your furbaby if and when they allow me to.  Some dogs lay down right away and I can work on them the entire time, but some dogs are weary and it can take time, which then treats/toys/encouragement/and high value rewards will be used.
